March: Sound composition commissioned by Radio Reina Sofia
In March a new full-length piece will premiere on Radio Reina Sofia, the archive for sound art and experimental music at Reina Sofia Museum in Madrid. The piece takes the 18th century architecture of the museum, originally built as a hospital, as a starting point. In a manner similar to my work with Cathedral Scan, the architectural renderings of the structure are translated into sound, though in this case the piece also delves into layers of processed field recordings, rhythmic grains and cinematic passages.

March-July: LMCC studio space
Also in March I'll be moving my studio into the former maritime insurance building at 80 Broad St in lower Manhattan. The space will serve as a headquarters for production of a new 3 HD projection + stereo sound performance which I'll be premiering at St Paul's Church on July 8th as part of the River to River Festival.

2012: Haeinsa_Palimpsest full-length album
Continuing to work on composition I recently premiered at Haeinsa Temple in South Korea, with an eye toward releasing it as a full-length album in 2012.
